The main camera of Real GT2 Pro is my old friend IMX766, the first 150 degree ultra wide-angle lens, coupled with the industry's "only two" microscope sub camera. Still no telephoto, but more interesting than tactical sub camera.

This ultra wide angle JN1, which is only 1/2.76 inch, is used for 4 inches at ordinary times, equivalent to 1.28 μ m, slightly higher than the 1.12 μ m ultra wide angle on the street, weaker than the Samsung flagship S5K2L3/IMX563 (1.4 μ m), and even more impossible to compare with the equivalent 1.6 μ m IMX586 (11 Ultra)/IMX598 (vivo X70 Pro+/iQOO 8 Pro). Although Samsung was originally intended to be a front camera, it has the title of 50 million pixels after all, and it is destined to become very popular in the ultra wide angle field.

The 150 degree ultra wide angle mode of the True Self GT2 Pro is indeed one circle larger than the 128 degree ultra wide angle mode of Xiaomi, the second largest in the industry, and far from the normal 0.6 times ultra wide angle mode.


However, the real GT2 Pro is only 0.6 times by default. After distortion correction and trimming, the actual field of view is even smaller than the ultra wide angle of one plus 9 Pro.

Photo summary

The default output of real GT2 Pro ultra wide angle is 0.6 times, and the 150 degree ultra wide angle mode is the film without "distortion correction" and trimming. Although the fisheye mode has little impact on the central image quality, there is algorithm distortion even in the center of the picture, and the field of vision and edge image quality are seriously lost. It is good to play as a fun function.

The default mode of True Self GT2 Pro Ultra Wide Angle will stretch the edges. The stretching loss caused by the distortion correction algorithm is greater than the edge degradation of the lens itself. Negative optimization belongs to. Actually, it's my GT2 Pro 150 degree mode, better edge degradation and object distortion control than the default mode (Of course, the picture can't be horizontal or vertical), but only the default 0.6 times mode can have better algorithm processing (although it will be color biased)... I hope OTA can raise the weight of 150 degrees mode later.


The real GT2 Pro is still proud despite its defeat in the cross class fight, and the gap has not been widened. Because the speed of multi frame synthesis is much faster than that of one plus, the overall photo taking experience of the real GT2 Pro is better than that of one plus 9 Pro. Compared with other manufacturers, the imaging style of the Genuine GT2 Pro is more similar to that of Xiaomi. The metering, white balance, contrast setting and noise control are more normal and soft. The discrimination is between One Plus 9 Pro and Xiaomi 11 Ultra. There are no major errors in metering and white balance, mainly due to weak highlight suppression and low contrast of weak light.

On the ultra wide angle side, we used to think that Xiaomi's IMX586 ultra wide angle discrimination was weak because of its large field of vision, but the real GT2 Pro told us that, Even for a 150 degree lens, the ultimate discrimination can be ignored Thanks to the lighter smear algorithm, the real GT2 Pro's discrimination in daylight and lighting environment (all based on the negative optimization of peers) is stronger than Xiaomi 11 Ultra and Yijia 9 Pro, and the appearance of the prototype is also pleasing. However, in the weak light scene, the disadvantage of unit pixel will appear in many parts, such as discrimination, dynamic range, dark details, etc. Considering that the ultra wide angle lens is usually a landscape lens, and the light in the use scene is generally good, the choice is not bad.
