It is reported that the 45mm version of Apple Watch Series 7 will be equipped with a screen with a diagonal length of 1.9 inches and a resolution of 396 × 484. The number of pixels is 16% more than the 1.78 inch and 368 × 448 resolution screens of the current 44mm model, while the specific size and resolution of the 41mm model have not been disclosed.

Apple will also launch several new dials with the enlarged screen, including Modular Max, Continuum and the world timetable dial; However, it has also been revealed that the increased size may make Apple Watch Series 7 incompatible with existing watchbands.

In addition, the Apple Watch Series 7 case will adopt a flat and straight design similar to the current iPhone 12 middle frame. The screen will fit better with the glass cover, and the processing chip will also be upgraded.

Bloomberg also reported that Apple will bring the new Apple Watch SE in 2022, and the Apple Watch with built-in temperature sensor is expected to be launched as soon as 2022.
