Do you remember HTC EVO 3D, a naked 3D mobile phone of HTC? Now another manufacturer has entered this market.
At this CES conference, Focalmax released its first smartphone, MaxPhone T1. The main selling points of this product are its extremely high hardware configuration and naked eye 3D.
MaxPhone T1, as Focalmax's pioneering work in the smart phone market, uses 2.5D glass in front of and behind it, and uses a metal middle frame to enhance the strength of the whole machine. The front is equipped with a 5.5 inch 2K screen and supports the third generation 3D display technology of liquid crystal piezoelectric grating. Compared with the previous naked eye 3D display technology, the resolution and brightness of the screen will not be sacrificed. Fingerprint identification function is also added on the back of the fuselage. In addition, the 800W pixel 3D camera can directly take 3D photos and 3D videos, which can be viewed on the naked 3D screen.
MaxPhone T1 also uses Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 820 processor, which is the second Snapdragon 820 mobile phone after LeEco. The memory configuration is 4GB RAM+64GB ROM, which is basically the top level at present. It supports 4G all network communication, standard 3000mAh battery, and Type-C interface.
The micro projector is divided into three series: S, P and M, all of which use the all-purpose processor. It is equipped with Android 4.4 system, and can project 1280 × 800 pixel images. The 4K sports camera supports a full band mobile phone communication chip, which can facilitate live broadcast. VR can support dual 720p video playback and dual 8 megapixel 3D shooting.
Focalmax has not given the specific launch time and price of MaxPhone T1. The approximate launch time is in May this year, and the price is about 500 dollars. At the MWC 2016 conference held after the Spring Festival, MaxPhone T1 will also participate, and more specific information may be released at that time.
