On February 16, it was reported that following the sale of the headquarters in Espoo, Finland, in December last year, Nokia now sold the Peltola office park in Oulu, Finland, to Technopolis, a Finnish office space provider.

According to a document submitted by Nokia to the Finnish Stock Exchange, Technopolis will purchase the Peltola office park at a price of 31.7 million euros (about 42.5 million dollars). The office park covers an area of 37600 square meters and also includes a parking lot that can accommodate 800 cars.

After selling the office park, Nokia will rent back 17400 square meters of space to continue working, which is basically the same as when it sold Espoo headquarters last year.

In December last year, Nokia sold its headquarters in Espoo, Finland, to Finnish company Exilion for 170 million euros (about 222 million dollars).
