SoC is popularly known as "processor/chip", which is the core component of mobile phones. For most models, choosing mobile phones is choosing SoC. But the number of SoCs is so large that it is easy to see.
To facilitate comparison, the SoC specifications of the models on sale in 2022 are listed in the order of ladder, Reverse by CPU multi-core performance , Single core for multi-core approach 。 Due to the large number of products involved, it is inevitable that there are omissions, and we hope you will not hesitate to correct them.
Basic description
SoC is the abbreviation of System on Chip, including CPU (affecting running speed), GPU (affecting game performance), baseband (affecting network) and other core components.
CPU looks at architecture first( X2≈X1>A78>A77>A76>>A75>A73>>>A55/A53 )Look again at the number and frequency of large cores. For A76 and above architectures, the super core has cache differences, and the same frequency also has significant performance differences.
Apple A series is a performance core+energy efficiency core (megacore+macrocore), and the energy efficiency core is Android macrocore level, which cannot be directly compared with the Android camp.
The new products marked in bold are "recent" ones, and some familiar old friends SoC are put in at the same time, so that you can compare the machines of different ages.
flagship
A15 full blood version, TSMC N5P process, 2x3.23GHz performance core+4x2.02G energy efficiency core, full blood 5-core GPU (today's mobile SoC has the highest frequency, 2 performance cores 128K L1, 12M L2 cache, 4 energy efficiency cores also have 64K L1, 4M L2, doubled 32MB system cache, and it's really not too much to blow PC level performance. The iPhone 13 Pro/13 Pro Max is exclusive, but the heat dissipation is too tight, and can't output continuously)
A15 4-core GPU version, 2x3.23GHz performance core+4x2.02G energy efficiency core, 4-core GPU (iPhone 13/13 mini/SE 3 exclusive)
CPU frequency reduction version of A15, 2x2.93 GHz performance core+4x2.02G energy efficiency core, 5-core GPU (exclusive for iPad mini 6)

Fierce fever, sustained output losses. See the studio display of iPhone 11 series, SE 2, 9th generation iPad and Tiansha!)
Exynos 2200 Samsung 4nm LPE, 2.8G X2+3x2.52G A710+1.82G A510, from AMD's 3-core RDNA 2 Xclip [email protected] (Explosive cooling "Beat" 8 Gen 1 to become the annual crotch champion The Korean version of S22 series are not dare to use, contributing to a world where only the Korean version is injured. Xiaolong 845, Samsung 10nm, 4 * 2.8G class A75+4x1.8G class A55, Adreno 630 710 MHz (the heart of a large amount of "foreign garbage" worth one hundred yuan in 2018). The single core can't even beat the MediaTek G90 below, and the multi-core is slightly stronger than the Snapdragon 768G. But GPU hangs all products of this line, more than twice of G90 and twice of Snapdragon 765G)
Snapdragon 750G, Samsung 8nm, 2x2.2G class A77+6x1.8G class A55, Adreno 619 (with A77 architecture, single core is slightly weaker than 768G, multi-core is stronger than 765G/768G, but GPU cannot even win 765G)
Tianji 800, TSMC 7nm, 4 × 2G A76+4 × 2G A55, Mali-G57 MC4@650MHz (The non overclocking version of Tianji 820 is hard to find 4 large cores. Unfortunately, the frequency is too low. The multi-core version is better than the 750G version of Snapdragon, but the single core performance of Tianji 700 has lagged behind.)

Tianji 720, TSMC 7nm, 2 × 2G A76+6 × 2GHz A55, Mali-G57 MC3@850MHz (Blue Green Factory is very popular, and it is everywhere offline)
Ziguang Zhanrui Tanggula T740, formerly T7510. 12nm, 4x2G A75+4x1.8G A53, PowerVR GM 9444@800MHz (The selling point is that there is 5G baseband, and Hisense and operators use more customized computers)
Food and clothing line (100 yuan level, basically smooth on WeChat)
United Development Section G95 /G90T/G90/ G96 TSMC 12nm FFC, 2x2.05G A76+6x2G A55, Mali-G76MC4, frequency 900, 800, 720MHz respectively. The most special G96 is the product in the third quarter of 2021. The GPU is changed to Mali-G57MC2@950MHz (Commonly used in offline entry-level computers, the "water here is very deep" series is shamelessly called the game chip. The CPU and GPU are about 70% to 80% of the performance of Tianji 900.
Snapdragon 835, Samsung 10nm, 4x2.4G A73+4x1.9G A53, Adreno 540@710 /670MHz

Kirin 970, TSMC 10nm, 4x2.36G A73+4x1.84G A53, Mali-G72 MP12@746MHz (The GPU enhanced version of Kirin 960, the first SoC with NPU, is at the same level as Snapdragon 835. See Mate10/P20/Glory 10/Glory V10 in 2017 and 18)
Kirin 960, TSMC 16nm, 4x2.36G A73+4x1.84G A53, Mali-G71 [email protected] (See Mate9/P10/Glory 9/Glory V9 in 2016-17)
Kirin 710/710F/710A, the first two are 12nm, 4x2.2G A73+4x1.7G A53. The 710A is 14nm, and the frequency of the big core is only 2G. All GPUs are Mali-G51 MP4@1000MHz (It's still on sale, which is exaggerated)
Snapdragon 662/665, 11nm LPP, 4x2G A73+4x1.8G A53, Adreno 610
United Development Section G88 /G85/G80, TSMC 12nm FFC, 2x2G A75+6x1.8G A55. Mali-G52 MC2, G88/G85 is 1GHz, G80 is 950MHz (pure GPU small overclocking+camera supports changes, and the water is also very deep. The 799 yuan Redmi 9 and mass offline models are used)

The GPU performance is more than twice that of MediaTek G80 family, but the CPU is a 2+2 structure, only 60% of the performance of G80. It was a bit stuck when it was just released, which is harmful, not to mention now)
MediaTek G35/ G37 12nm FFC, 4x2.3G+4x1.8G A53( MediaTek G37 is a new product at the end of 2021. Do you believe it? )
MediaTek G25, 12nm FFC, 4x2G+4x1.5G A53 (the representative ones are 599 yuan Redmi 9A and 649 yuan Redmi 10A)
