In the "greetings" segment, MediaTek said that its share of the SoC market in 2021 had exceeded 40%, its mobile phone business revenue had increased by 113%, its smartphone business had increased by 34%, its IoT/computing and ASIC business had increased by 43%, and its power IC had increased by 39%.
As for the part of Tianji 9000 CPU that we most care about, MediaTek has finally expanded its specifications and taken the route of "high frequency+large cache". It is all the latest architecture of arm: 3.05GHz X2 (1MB L2)+3 x 2.85GHz A710 (512KB L2)+4 x 1.8GHz A510 (256K L2). In addition to the explosion of L2 cache, 8MB L3 and 6MB SLC cache are also integrated. The memory part is 7500Mbps LPDDR5x, and the bandwidth is 36% higher than the current 5500Mbps LPDDR5.
MediaTek claims that the performance of the X2 architecture has increased by 35% and the energy efficiency has increased by 37% compared with the current Android flagship (888 ™). Specint 2K6 is 35% stronger in the test, GeekBench 5.0 is 10% stronger in the single core test, more than 4000 scores in the multi-core test and more than 1 million scores in the rabbit test.

The Tianji 9000 is equipped with the fifth generation APU of MediaTek, with four performance cores and two "flexible cores" (energy efficiency core?), and its performance and energy efficiency ratio have both increased by 400%, 66% and 31% higher than this year's flagship (888?). Its AI peak performance is even 16% higher than that of the Tensor developed by Google itself (ETHZ v4 test), and various PPTs attach importance to Google Tensor.
