Tianji 1200 adopts TSMC's 6nm manufacturing process, and its CPU adopts a "1+3+4" three cluster architecture, including a 3.0GHz A78 large core, three 2.6GHz A78 medium cores, and four 2.0GHz A55 small cores. Officially, the CPU performance is 22% higher than that of the previous generation, and the energy efficiency is 25% higher; The GPU uses Mali-G77 MC9, which improves the graphics performance by 13%.

Tianji 1200 also integrates APU 3.0 and 5G baseband, with a peak downlink rate of 4.7Gbps and an uplink rate of 2.5Gbps, supports dual SA 5G Internet access, and provides 5G high-speed rail mode, 5G elevator mode and other scenario application modes; Peripheral features support LPDDR4x memory, UFS 3.1 flash memory WiFi 6、 Bluetooth 5.2 supports up to FHD+168Hz or 2K 90Hz screens, ISP supports up to 200 million pixels, has single frame progressive 4K HDR video technology and supports AV1 video encoding format.

Tianji 1100 also uses the 6nm process. Compared with Tianji 1200, it cuts down the 3.0GHz core and weakens some peripheral characteristics. The CPU integrates four 2.6GHz A78 cores and four 2.0GHz A55 cores. It uses Mali-G77 MC9 GPU (the frequency is lower than Tianji 1200). It integrates APU 3.0 and 5G baseband. The baseband performance is the same as Tianji 1200.

In terms of peripheral features, Tianji 1100 supports LPDDR4x memory, UFS 3.1 flash memory WiFi 6、 Bluetooth 5.2 supports up to FHD+144Hz or 2K 90Hz screens, and ISP supports up to 108 million pixels.
