On January 13, it was reported that HTC released a new 5G midrange model Desire 21 Pro 5G to the Taiwan market today.

The front of Desire 21 Pro 5G is designed with a center punch screen, equipped with a 6.7 inch, FHD+resolution LCD screen, which supports 90Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10 content playback; It is equipped with side capacitive fingerprint identification scheme. The fuselage is treated with fog surface. The whole machine weighs 205g and the thickness is 9.4mm.

Desire 21 Pro 5G is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC (8nm process, 2 × 2.0GHz A77+6 × 1.7GHz A55, Adreno 619L GPU， Integrated X51 baseband), which is the first 5G SoC of Snapdragon 600 series, with 8+128GB storage combination; Built in 5000mAh battery, support QC4+18W fast charging, support WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC functions.

In terms of image, Desire 21 Pro 5G rear four camera, including 48 million pixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture), 8 million pixel ultra wide angle, 2 million pixel macro and 2 million pixel depth of field camera, and 16 million pixel front camera.

The HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G will be available in Taiwan from now on, with Star Blue and Mirage Purple available. The official suggested retail price is NT $12990 (about 3005 yuan).
