On September 1, it was reported that Qualcomm released a slightly upgraded 4G SoC platform, Snapdragon 732G, last night, making it clear that this is a follow-up product of Snapdragon 730G and will be launched by Xiaomi's overseas sub brand POCO.

The Snapdragon 732G is essentially the overclocking version of the Snapdragon 730G, and the overclocking amplitude is relatively limited. It is based on Samsung's 8nm LPP process. It integrates two Kryo 470 cores (based on A76) with the main frequency of 2.3GHz. The frequency is increased by 0.1GHz. There are six Kryo 470 cores (based on A55) with the main frequency of 1.8GHz. The GPU is still Adreno 618, but the official said that the graphics performance is increased by 15%.

Other aspects are completely consistent with 730G, including the integration of Hexagon 688 DSP, Spectra 350 ISP (up to 36 million pixel lens), Snapdragon X15 LTE baseband (up to 800 Mbps downlink rate), and memory support for dual channel LPDDR4X.

Xiaomi's POCO X3 for overseas markets will launch this SoC for the first time. The SoC in GeekBench 5 will be divided into single core 571 and multi core 1766. It is reported that the machine will use 6.67 inch central perforated LCD screen, support 120Hz refresh rate, built-in 5160mAh battery and support 33W fast charge.
