Many users who use "unlimited traffic" packages know that in fact, many "unlimited traffic" packages advertised by operators do not really limit the use of traffic, but will limit the speed of users' network traffic when it reaches a certain value (20GB/40GB/100GB), or even turn off the Internet access function. On August 2, the Hunan Administration for Industry and Commerce interviewed the three major operators of local mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, and said that the "unlimited traffic" advertisements issued by the three major operators had caused serious consumer misleading and were false advertisements. The three operators know that they can't really achieve "unlimited traffic", but they repeatedly and massively promote "unlimited traffic" in their advertisements, promote "unlimited traffic" package products, and do not clearly express the key information of traffic use in their advertisements, such as "speed down when reaching the capacity", "stop using traffic when reaching the capacity", and "close the Internet when reaching the capacity".
