As a supplier of mobile phone chips, Qualcomm has naturally taken the lead. In terms of fast charging technology, Qualcomm launched QC2.0 and QC3.0 fast charging technologies. At present, the newly launched mobile phones have generally started to support various fast charging technologies. Today, the author started a QCK-2U fast charger launched by ORICO based on QC2.0 fast charging technology.

The size of the charger is 65mm * 60mm * 29mm, and the overall size is very small, which can be conveniently put into the bag or pocket.

Although the integrated power supply design is adopted, the use of space for the charger is relatively reasonable. It only needs to plug in a space at one position. Of course, for a double row socket, if the gap is not large enough, it may occupy two positions, which is slightly inadequate.

The daily output of the charging port is DC5V. Of course, if a mobile phone or other device that supports the QC2.0 fast charging protocol is connected, it will automatically switch to the QC2.0 stepped charging state to realize the fast charging function.

In terms of charging output, the QCK-2U single port supports the charging output of DC5V/2A, DC9V/2A, and DC12/1.5A at most, with a total output power of up to 36W. Whether charging a single device or charging two devices at the same time, it can fully meet the use needs. The author took the power bank at hand to test, and the output was DC5.17V/1.81A. Under the condition of large current, the output voltage was still relatively stable, and the linear compensation design should be said to be good.

Of course, if you want to obtain the function of fast charging, you must have the product at hand that supports the QC2.0 fast charging protocol. Although the product label supports DC5V/9V/12V output, you don't need to worry about the daily charging of digital devices because the QC2.0 version is backward compatible and will automatically switch according to the different access devices.

Under the same charging conditions, use QC2.0 fast charge for 30 minutes, that is, 60% of the 3300mAh battery can be charged, while the ordinary charger, even if it supports 2A high current charging, can only complete 30% of the charging in 30 minutes. So if there is such a charger on the way to travel, it can be recharged at any time during meals and breaks to meet the use needs.
