CFast 2.0 card and SDXC UHS-II card are both new generation high-performance memory card standards. SDXC UHS-II standard is downward compatible with SD memory card, while CFast2.0 is a new standard memory card, which is not compatible with CF card, and the card slot is also different from the past.
