Niudian Technology released a new Xiaoniu electric vehicle, four new color Xiaoniu electric M1 series, which includes M1 top version, M1 power version, M1 urban version and M1 youth version.

The M1 series is lighter in weight than the original products, and its functions are also enhanced. It also provides a variety of color matching for users to choose.

In the conceptual design of the whole vehicle, the Xiaoniu Electric M1 released five color combinations for the first time: blue, yellow, white, red and gray. Each color combination uses a three-tier spraying process.

The new design of the frame, materials, battery pack and damping unit of the Xiaoniu electric M1 series has greatly reduced the vehicle weight.

The Xiaoniu electric M1 series uses the Q235 high-quality high-strength steel pipe, which is lighter and stronger, to build a truss frame. Niudian Technology has designed this new frame structure by combining the advantages of cradle and bent beam frames through topology optimization.

For more safety, Niudian Technology uses an electronic side support switch, which allows users to press the "side support switch" when parking. When the side support does not fall, the vehicle cannot be started, avoiding the potential risk of accidentally screwing the accelerator.

The Xiaoniu electric M1 series also adds constant speed cruise and automatic steering return functions. In addition, the firmware of the Xiaoniu electric M1 series supports the OTA upgrade of the central control system.

The battery adopts an integrated aluminum alloy shell, and adopts high-strength extrusion and one-time precision processing technology.

The weight of the battery pack was reduced from 8-10 kg to a minimum of 6.5 kg. The battery management system (BMS) of Xiaoniu electric M1 series battery pack can not only provide accurate calculation of power, charge and discharge management, fault diagnosis, but also provide real-time monitoring of 12 safety indicators, such as current, voltage, temperature, connection abnormalities, to ensure power safety.

Compared with the battery pack of the Xiaoniu electric N1 series, the battery pack of the Xiaoniu electric M1 series is also lighter and more textured. With the use of lithium battery cells from Panasonic, LG and Samsung Power, the battery life weight ratio is increased by more than 20%. The top version can provide a maximum life of 120 kilometers at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.

Niudian Technology also announced that Carl Liu has become the conceptual designer of Xiaoniu's M1 series electric products. Liu Chuankai previously served as the design director of BMW Design Center (China). Today, he officially joined Niudian Technology and served as the vice president of design of the company, taking overall responsibility for product design.

In terms of price, the price of the top version is 6299 yuan, the price of the power version is 4999 yuan, unchanged from the previous generation, and the price of the urban version is 3999 yuan. This time, Niudian Technology also launched its youth version, which costs 3299 yuan. The whole series will open JD crowdfunding pre-sales on April 27.
