The MT8XXX series of MediaTek is its SoC designed for tablets, and the MT8173 is the latest product of the series, which was launched in MWC2015 this year. According to the latest leaked score, its single core score is up to 1752, surpassing Exynos 7420, the most powerful Android flagship in service, and Kirin 950, the new generation flagship. However, because there are fewer cores, the multi-core score is only about 3500. However, it is surprising that Kirin 950 is a 4-core A72+4-core A53 large and small core structure, with the highest dominant frequency higher than MT8173, but its single core performance has lost to the same generation of products
