Samsung often uses different SoC and photo algorithms in different versions of the machine, even CMOS may be different (S6 edge has different versions of IMX240 and ISOCELL). As a user, I am curious/worried about whether different versions will behave differently?

This is a multi shot sample when taking photos of Samsung's flagship in previous dynasties for comparison. It happened that the evaluation room had S6 edge of American version and V version, so we brought two versions for special comparison. Because the gap is really small, so there are not many blind BBs in this article. It is better to use the sample to speak by yourself.

Summary

The white balance, light metering and noise control performance of the Hong Kong version and the US V version are almost identical. In general, when the light is sufficient, the port version is slightly better, and when the light is weak, the V version performs better. But the difference is very small, even it may be just the individual difference of the machine.

Users who have bought the US V version can rest assured that although you have bought a few ROMs and a lot of junk software, at least the camera is similar to the Hong Kong version
