According to the Korea Times, Samsung is developing a Galaxy Note 3 with a screen size of 6.3 inches.

Samsung pioneered the "phablet" (tablet phone) with the 5.3 inch Galaxy Note, and then launched the 5.5 inch Galaxy Note 2. Now, the company seems to want to further blur the line between mobile phones and tablets.

Galaxy Note has made remarkable achievements in the world. Last month, Samsung announced that the sales of Galaxy Note 2 would reach 5 million units in two months. Operators favor this device because it can attract heavy users who are willing to open high monthly packages. Samsung also regards it as a supplement to the company's flagship model, the Galaxy S3.

The Korea Times also reiterated that, It will be unveiled at the Mobile Communications World Congress (MWC) in February next year. However, Samsung held its own press conference to announce the Galaxy S3 last year, and many people expect that the company will take the same approach to unveil the Galaxy S4 this year.
