Video recording: improved, but not as expected
Video recording is not as amazing as photography. Maybe the firmware has not been adjusted yet? The default noise reduction of Dajiang Air 3S is on the high side, but the highlight suppression does not meet our expectations for the dynamic range of 14EV.
Dajiang Air 3S 1-inch main shot, slightly better details during the day, and the weak light scene will be a bit fleshy . After all, they are only 4K. Even in the low light scene, the details cannot open the gap.
The Dajiang Air 3S is mainly more powerful in image contrast, dynamic range and noise reduction. Now the dark part can be darker (the white noise of OV48C dark part has slowed down), and the highlight suppression has also become stronger.
For the long focus video recording, the Dajiang Air 3S also has a larger dynamic range of noise reduction and dark part improvement. The overall brightness of the dim light scene has slightly improved, but the details have also changed due to the increased default noise reduction.
Panoramic shooting: free panoramic rolling
The HDR effect of Dajiang Air 3S panoramic photography is more obvious, but the main camera field becomes larger, noise reduction and smearing are biased, and so on. As a result, "three vertical panoramas, nine large angle panoramas, 180 degree hemispherical panoramas, and 360 degree panoramas" are being taken now, the details will become weaker during the day (of course, the 1-inch main camera is stronger at night). I hope the firmware will be adjusted later.
