Vivo X90 Pro+new score: breaking 5100 points, leading Tianji 9200 14% in multi-core
Vivo X90 Pro+new score: breaking 5100 points, leading Tianji 9200 14% in multi-core

Vivo will launch the X90 series on November 22. On November 21, a batch of new vivo X90 Pro+scores appeared in the GeekBench database, which seemed to be the scheduling of the new version of the system before the release, allowing its multi-core performance to reach 5100 points, breaking the performance record of the flagship of mainstream Android, and leading Tianji 9200 14%.

The vivo X90 Pro+model is V2227A. In the past two days, the scores of 9 tests were recorded. The scores of single core test were all below 1500 points, but the scores of multi core test were all at 5000 points. Compared with the previous multi-core performance, this is like the performance of one super core+four super cores.

They are also models of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The existing test results are as follows:

  • Before vivo X90 Pro+, single core multi-core was 1485/4739

  • IQOO 11 is 1451/4681

  • Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is 1521/4689

  • Samsung Galaxy S23+is 1485/4844

  • Samsung Galaxy S23 is 1524/4597

Samsung's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is a special 3.36GHz super core, which is higher than the 3.19GHz frequency on vivo X90 Pro+and iQOO 11, so the single nuclear power has exceeded 1500 points.

For the 9200 of MediaTek Tianji, the frequency has not changed (the frequency is lower than that of Tianji 9000+) because only the architecture has been upgraded. The single core multi-core of MediaTek engineering machine is 1426/4467. However, the recent massive appearance of the vivo X90 (the first Tianji 9200) has scored points, and the best result is just the same as that of the engineering machine of MediaTek.

The scores and gap ratios between different SoCs (based on Tianji 9200) are as follows ↓

After the restrictions on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 were lifted, its multi-core score of 5100 points has led Tianji 9200 14%.

The previous score run of vivo X90 Pro+may have failed to put GeekBench on the white list of score run, and the old score may have been the actual score of daily scheduling (9200 6% ahead of Tianji in multi-core).

This year, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 used a new CPU architecture:

  • X3+A715+A710+A510 of 1+2+2+3 structure

  • Super core X3 3.2GHz

  • Large core 2xA715 2.8GHz

  • Large core 2xA710 2.8GHz

  • Small core 3xA510 Refreshed 2.0GHz

Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is equal to Bitianji 9200 (1* [email protected] +3* [email protected] +4*A510 [email protected] )One more large nucleus and one less small nucleus. In combination with higher frequencies of super large cores and small cores, 14% of multi-core performance gap is finally brought.

However, after the baptism of Snapdragon 888 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, we are now most concerned about the energy consumption ratio, and we are waiting for the test of the new machine.
