Compared with the previous GTR 2/2e series, the ears and keys of the GTR 3 series are more rounded. GTR 3 Pro is the best in automatic motion monitoring among domestic watches, which may not be one of them. The current version can automatically identify 8 kinds of sports, including "walking, indoor walking, outdoor running, treadmill, outdoor riding, swimming in the pool, elliptical machine and rowing machine". The blood pressure screening function of the retail version is expected to be launched in November OTA (after participating in the blood pressure screening study). The measurement experience is similar to that of heart rate/blood oxygen measurement. Don't move, don't talk, and wait 30 seconds. The result is also very close to that of the traditional sphygmomanometer. However, there is no hypertension sample around, and we cannot make a comparative judgment.
In principle, the measurement accuracy will be limited by the traditional sphygmomanometer used for calibration, and it is a special function for special personnel. Users who intend to use it as an assistant should pay attention to this functional feature. They need to use a higher type of sphygmomanometer for calibration and increase the calibration frequency.
Even though the current blood pressure measurement is not as convenient as the public expected (regular calibration is required), it is indeed a blood pressure measurement program with the least sacrifice. It can be measured at any time and anywhere without additional equipment or bandages. It is very practical for the majority of people with hypertension/hypotension. It is expected that there will be more affordable products with lower calibration requirements in the future.

Workmanship: The watch case seam control is excellent, and the sensor and speaker holes are deep and wide, which is easy to accumulate dust. The damping of the digital watch crown is appropriate, and the crown head is slightly absent. The leather strap is relatively thick, and the quality and touch are OK;
Wear: The aluminum alloy is good, with a naked weight of 32g, close to the weight of the quartz watch, and no obvious drag feeling when shaking. The dial diameter is 46mm, slightly smaller than the 46.4mm of the previous generation, and slightly larger than the 45.8mm of the GTR 3. Men wear it just fine, but women are expected to look bigger. Except that the heart rate sensor is relatively large and airtight, it feels good to wear it on the whole, and it won't hurt to sleep when wearing it;
Screen: 1.45 inch 480x480331ppi, global brightness 500nit, maximum 1000nit, and certain readability at noon. Although the Delta arrangement is discounted at 6.7%, the screen is beautiful and transparent, which is a good screen;
External release and vibration: The extreme volume is OK, without obvious broken sound. You can also hear the phone outside (applicable to patients with social bully syndrome). The force of linear motor is medium and weak, and the vibration is not crisp enough, mainly due to the lack of system cooperation. Hands up: The second gear is adjustable, with medium sensitivity, slightly faster than OPPO Watch and slower than Apple Watch. If the time is viewed at high frequency, the AOD off screen display must be kept open. The good news is that each dial of the GTR 3 Pro has a corresponding AOD mode. There are many styles, some of which are colored. However, it is recommended to choose a small white dial to save electricity.
System smoothness: Most of the surface interface pages can maintain 60 frames, and the operation response is not fast;
Endurance: This generation of battery is smaller, but its endurance is longer, probably because of the self developed system. The official standard of GTR 3 Pro lasts for 12 days, slightly less than the previous generation GTR 2, and far less than the 21 days of GTR 3. The actual performance is still slow. The ultra severe mode of AOD (sleep for 8 hours and close)+automatic health monitoring fully open+automatic motion recognition+offline voice and other functions fully open is about 4 days for three consecutive tests (sleep for 8 hours consumes 5% of electricity, and the rest of the time consumes about 1% per hour). If AOD is off, it is also set to run for 7 days. When the power is lower than 10%, the power saving mode prompt window will pop up. In the basic mode (only step counting and sleep are reserved), 1% - 2% of the power is lost after 12 hours.
Unless it moves frequently, the automatic motion monitoring will not consume too much power. It is recommended to turn it on. The official standard 12 days is the result of turning off AOD and automatic health monitoring, but with the GTR 3 Pro's endurance, it is possible to keep automatic health monitoring fully open, which is not a loss.
charge: Faster than expected. The ordinary 5V 2A "fast charging head" and the USB 3.1 interface charging of the computer are not very different. The charging time is 15% in 10 minutes, 32% in 20 minutes, 50% in 30 minutes (Apple knows better), 72% in 45 minutes, and 90% in an hour. The last 10% of the power needs an additional 30 minutes, and the total time is 1.5 hours.
As for NFC access card/bus card, Wi Fi song (played externally or with Bluetooth headset), and support for WeChat payment, some of them have not been mentioned before.
For the new system and GTR 3 Pro, let's take a brief look at the small regrets in my eyes: some old APPs cannot trigger notification push (for example, the old versions of llama and calengoo that I have kept for nine years), the recorder has no function of marking (although other countries do not have it), there is no double click to light up the screen (obvious power saving setting, after five seconds of screen shutdown, you can only use the hand to light up or press the key to wake up the screen) The dial can't display calendar, schedule and other information (although few friends support it), the mobile phone APP eats resources, offline voice just lacks the instructions to set the schedule (local computing power is limited, which is understandable), and the hateful WeChat can't reply on the watch.
