On July 1, LetsGoDigital, a Dutch media, exposed vivo's patent for "mobile phones integrated with UAVs", and on July 7, this patent was made into a realistic rendering, with a sci-fi effect and joy.

Vivo This 20 page patent has been submitted to WIPO World Intellectual Property Office as early as December 2020. It can be understood as the evolution version of the magnetic separation camera before vivo, but now it has become a "flying front camera".

Vivo released the vivo IFEA concept machine in October last year, which has a magnetic front camera and can be used separately like a sports camera. In this patent, the pop-up camera has evolved from a "motion camera" to a "drone".

The mobile phone is integrated with a pop-up UAV bracket, and the UAV has its own cameras at the top and bottom. The camera at the bottom of the UAV can be used as a pop-up front camera (even dual camera). When UAVs fly, they can use the side camera to shoot the front and the bottom camera to shoot the lower picture.

Of course, this is destined to be a patent for entertainment. After all, even the more feasible vivo IFEA concept machine has not been mass produced, let alone this mobile phone with its own UAV.

The agents may like this product, but the UAV storage compartment occupies 1/3 of the space inside the mobile phone, which will have a serious impact on photography, endurance and heat dissipation. However, for such a small UAV, the imaging quality, flight distance, endurance and wind resistance will become a problem.
