Thundersnake Launches 130W 2A2C GaN Charger: Impressive Pricing

On June 15, it was reported that Thundersnake today launched a number of new products, including the Blade 14 notebook and the new 27 inch Warhawk display, as well as a 130W multi port GaN charger.

Thundersnake's 130W multi port GaN charger weighs 350g and is 62 × 32 × 76mm in size. The A port and the power indicator are decorated with the trademark green of Thundersnake; The output interface is a 2A2C configuration, in which two USB-C interfaces share up to 100W of output power, and two USB-A interfaces share 18W of power; Compatible with Thundersnake's own notebook, MacBook and other devices.

The price of Thundersnake's charger is relatively impressive. Its list price on the U.S. official website is $180, equivalent to about 1151 yuan. The foreign media PCGamer said that a 3C1A 130W GaN charger from Wotobeus sold for $76 on Amazon, more than half of which was cheaper.

There are also many high-power multi port GaN charger products in China, such as Beisi's 100W 2A2C and the latest 100W 3C1A with flash pole, which are currently priced at 249 yuan and 399 yuan respectively. Although the rated maximum power is not as high as Thundersnake's, it can be seen that Thundersnake's new product has a little more "belief bonus".
