On May 17, it was reported that Sharp today released its new flagship AQUOS R6, which has 2K 240Hz screen, 1-inch bottom rear camera and other machine king level specifications.

The front of Sharp AQUOS R6 adopts a curved screen design with a hole in the center. The screen is a 6.6 inch IGZO OLED screen with a resolution of 2730 × 1260. The original maximum refresh rate is 120Hz. The dynamic refresh rate of 1 to 240Hz can be achieved by inserting frames. It supports 1 billion color displays, and the nominal peak brightness can reach 2000 nits.

The fingerprint scheme uses the fingerprint under the Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max ultrasonic screen. The identification area is larger than the common optical fingerprint and supports double finger unlocking; The whole machine weighs 207g, with a thickness of 9.5mm, and supports IP68 dust-proof and waterproof.

The biggest highlight of AQUOS R6 is that the rear camera uses a 1 inch bottom sensor of 20.2 million pixels (f/1.9 aperture, equivalent to 19mm focal length), which is the largest sensor in the mobile phone industry at present, and uses the Summicron 7P lens customized by Leica. Except for a TOF sensor, AQUOS R6 does not have any other sub focus segments. One main camera relies on digital zoom to arrange the focus segment from the equivalent 19mm to 152mm, so it can be said that this is the only flagship rear single camera at present, with a front lens of 12.6 million pixels.

In terms of other hardware configurations, AQUOS R6 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 ROM (supporting 1TB memory card expansion), built-in 5000mAh battery (fast charging specification is not officially marked), NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 and other features, and the body retains 3.5mm headphone hole.

The price of Sharp AQUOS R6 has not yet been announced, and it will be launched in the Japanese market in the middle of June.
