Insta360 GO 2 has a more aggressive shutter strategy. In the same scene, ISO is generally lower than Xiaomi 10U UWA, and the shutter speed is slower. However, the actual film-forming rate is relatively high. No matter the light, or even the extremely weak light scene, it will not be pasted after a little careful stabilization.
Xiaomi 10U has an equivalent focal length of 12mm and a super wide angle of 128 degrees. Although the distortion correction of the mobile phone may be cropped, the actual imaging field of view is still one circle smaller than the 11.24mm Insta360 GO 2.
In fact, both white balance and light measurement are based on the ultra wide angle of Xiaomi 10U, which is closer to the naked eye. The algorithm of Insta360 GO 2 is obviously more pleasing to the eye. The light measurement is slightly brighter, with high contrast and more colorful hair. In addition, even in low light scenes, the sample sheet also maintains a certain degree of availability.
Insta360 GO 2 has few pixels and a large viewing angle, so the analytical power naturally has no comparability (and when the square picture is output normally, it needs to be cut again). However, it is said that such a small fisheye lens can do this, which is higher than expected.

In terms of video recording, there is no 15 and 30 second time limit of the previous generation, so the material will not be very messy, nor will half of the shot be broken. However, it also cancels the setting of ultra long interval delay photography (after taking several photos, turn off and hibernate, and then automatically turn on the machine at regular intervals to take photos, cycle by cycle).
For normal shooting, 28GB capacity is enough, and there is also real-time residual capacity display (the battery will end before the capacity is exhausted, unless you continue to shoot on the power supply). Insta360's anti shake and horizontal correction do not need to worry at all. It is not stable enough, and the radio effect is normal. Endurance and fever
The official brand of Insta360 GO 2 has a 30 minute endurance, and the actual endurance experience is close to that of UAVs. Recorded according to the highest specification 1440P 50FPS, 5% power can take about 1.5 minutes of video, and the heating of continuous shooting for a long time will lead to the endurance of about 20-25 minutes.
The main power consumption of Insta360 GO 2 may come from SoC and peripheral chips rather than CMOS. Because even if the WiFi is turned off manually after taking pictures or moving with delay, the battery life is still early 30 minutes.
Fortunately, Insta360 GO 2 charging is fast, and the 0-100% charging takes about 35 minutes. The form of the charging box is very suitable for charging during interval shooting, which slightly mends the shortcomings of the endurance. However, the author's fantasy of "taking pictures every few hours to make a Lifelog device" was shattered. I wonder if I can come up with a magnetic cord accessory with wireless charging in the future.
Recorded at 1440P 50FPS, the room temperature is 26.5 ℃, and the maximum temperature can be reached and maintained in about 5 minutes. The maximum temperature on the front is 47.5 ℃, and the maximum temperature on the back is 57 ℃, which is more pleasant than the Snapdragon 888 mobile phone.
