In the current large screen mobile phones, the mainstream 4 * 6 and 5 * 6 apps are arranged too conservatively, too old, and the efficiency is too low.

C Notice is a simple function that replaces the notice bar. All notifications are synchronously generated into semi transparent floating icons, which can be moved and folded.
