The OPPO Find X3 standard version (model PEDM00) just landed in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology yesterday, and on February 20, the achievements of GeekBench 5 of OPPO Find X3 and Find X3 Pro (model PEEM00) were finally released. Because the Snapdragon 888 is not easy to tune up and the Find X3 is well tuned, the single core and multi-core performance of the Find X3 Pro has lost to the Find X3 of the Snapdragon 870.
On GeekBench 5, OPPO Find X3 ran twice (both on February 18), while Find X3 Pro only ran once on February 19.
First, look at OPPO Find X3. It can be confirmed that it is a Snapdragon 870 model. Its SoC information in the database is consistent with the moto edges of the first Snapdragon 870. Both are architecture 8 variant 1 part 3341 revision 0.
However, OPPO seems to have a stronger adjustment, with a single core score of 1008 and a multi core score of 3157. Although it is weaker than the vivo V2045 that appeared in GeekBench in mid January (1034/3513), it is stronger than the moto edges at room temperature (971/2951).
While OPPO Find X3 Pro (model PEEM00), its motherboard code lahaina and architecture 8 variant 1 part 3396 revision 0 on the processor ID indicate that it is a Snapdragon 888 model.
However, the tuning of this testing machine is relatively conservative, or the environment temperature during the testing of the engineering machine is relatively high. Its only test result is a single core 952, a multi-core 3154, or even worse than the Xiaolong 870.
In addition, OPPO Find X3 Pro already had GeekBench 4 scores on February 1, including single core 4236 and multi-core 13323. The scores were also relatively average. As a reference, the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra of Snapdragon 865+can run to 4379/12078, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra of Snapdragon 888 can run to 4985/13705.
The Find X3 series are all 6.78 inch QHD+resolution 120Hz micro curved AMOLED screens, with single hole digging in the upper left corner, 4500mAh battery+65W fast charge, and rear IMX766 quad camera. The main difference of this generation is the SoC. The Pro series is Snapdragon 888, and the standard version is Snapdragon 870.
