All of them are H1 chips, but the AirPods Pro is packaged in System in Package (SiP) (the mouse shaped thing in the figure below ↓).

The Elec revealed that Apple originally planned to launch the Lite version of AirPods Pro shortly after the Airpods Pro was released last year. However, the sales of AirPods Pro were better than expected (the subtext is that the simplified version of AirPods Pro was saved as toothpaste). The compact version will be launched next year to boost the sales of the AirPods series and attract customers who like the appearance of the short handle of the AirPods Pro, but do not need the noise reduction function.
