The mobile version of the 11th generation Intel Core has been released for some time, and AMD will soon release the mobile Ryzen 5000 series processor. On December 24, it was reported that four new Xiaomi notebooks had appeared on the GeekBench database. In addition to the AMD R5 5600H and R7 5800H versions, there were also Intel i7-11370H and i5-11300H that had not appeared before.
The i7-11370H and i5-11300H are both 4-core 8-thread, 35W TDP. I5-11300H is a three-level cache with a default frequency of 3.1GHz, a Remax of 4.4GHz and 8MB. The i7-11370H is a 3.3GHz, 4.8GHz, 12MB three-level cache.
In terms of the performance of the two CPUs, the difference between single core and multi-core is about 130 points and 100-200 points higher. I5-11300H single core 1430, multi core 4800 or so; I7-11370H single core 1570, multi core 5060 or so.
At the same time, there are two Xiaomi notebooks on AMD platform, namely AMD R5 5600H and R7 5800H. AMD has just significantly improved the performance of a single core, but it has been overtaken by Intel's super core. R5 5600H single core is around 1360, and multi-core 6000 is around 6000; R7 5800H Single core 1400, multi core 7000.
Next year's PC platform performance will reach a new level. However, after a round trip, it returned to the old situation of "Intel's single core is stronger, but its multi-core is hanged by AMD". When AMD used to beat Intel's performance, everyone also exclaimed that dragon slayers would become evil dragons. But if Intel has squeezed a wave of toothpaste and the single core performance checks and balances AMD, the price of AMD on the mobile end should not rise too sharply:
Thanks to AMD, let's use stronger Intel;
Thanks to Intel, let's use the cheaper AMD.
