On November 12, it was reported that Zhou Chen, executive vice president of Unisplendor Zhanrui, said in an interview that mobile phones equipped with Zhanrui 6nm 5G chips would be mass produced next year. The 6nm 5G chip referred to by Ziguang Zhanrui is likely to be the Huben T7520 released in February this year.

Although it is obviously different from the Kirin 9000 just released by Huawei Hisense, which has operated for many years, according to the previous information, the Huben T7520 is also an OK mid tier SoC. The existing information includes that the Huben T7520 will use TSMC's 6nm EUV process, and the CPU part is 4-core A76+4-core A55, which is at the same level as MediaTek's Tianji 800/Tianji 820. GPU is Mali-G57MP4 and Tianji 800 (Tianji 820 is MP5 with 5 cores), but the frequency is unknown.


In terms of 5G baseband, which tests the core technology most, the Huben T7520 has also reached the mainstream level.
