Huawei Mate 40 Series Comes: Released globally on October 22

On October 10, Huawei officially announced that it would hold a global online conference at 20:00 on October 22 to bring the new Mate 40 series models.

As Huawei was blocked by the second wave of US bans on September 15, many core parts, including SoC OEM, flash memory and high-end OLED screens, have been cut off. This rather severe background has also made the Mate 40 series, Huawei's high-end flagship, more attractive to domestic users. After all, it may be the "swan song" of Kirin's high-end chips.

According to some revelations, this Mate 40 series may include Mate 40 Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro+and Mate 40 Porsche Design Edition may adopt the design of double hole curved screen and circular camera module, and Kirin 9000 chip (rumored name, not officially confirmed) with 5nm manufacturing process will be used to upgrade the 66W cable fast charge. The main camera will still use the 50 million pixel IMX700 of the same P40 Pro model.

In addition, Huawei may hold a domestic press conference of Mate 40 series on October 30 and launch its first sale after the global press conference on October 22.
