While supporting Dolby Surround Sound, Sonos Arc is the first audio product of Sonos that supports HDMI 2.1 eARC. Traditional TV will first compress the audio signal, and then transmit it through the HDMI cable. Now new products equipped with the new eARC technology can transmit original full resolution audio signals through HDMI cables, and reproduce the best sound without affecting performance. Sonos Arc's acoustic architecture is equipped with 11 specially adjusted Class D digital amplifiers, including 8 oval woofers to ensure rich bass and faithfully reproduce midrange and vocals, and 3 silk film hemispherical top tweeters with precise angles to provide clean and transparent high-frequency and crystal clear dialogue. Arc was jointly developed by Sonos and Oscar winning audio engineers of the company's audio advisory committee to achieve the audio effect expected by content creators. As one of the most complex products of Sonos technology, Based on the Sonos software system, Arc can adjust its sound profile for the content (such as movies, music or podcasts) and form (such as stereo, Dolby 5.1 or Dolby full scene sound) to achieve the best listening experience, that is, the technology used in the product can automatically adapt to the screen content, so as to create an amazing and immersive experience.
