According to the "certificate photo" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this new machine adopts a perforated screen design with four rear cameras. The parameter information shows that it is equipped with a 6.5 inch, 2400 × 1080 resolution LCD screen. The whole machine weighs 189g and the thickness is 8.58mm. These are basically the same as the nova 7 SE launched in the first half of the year.

The difference may be mainly due to the chip. The previous nova 7 SE was equipped with Kirin 820, while the main frequency of this new machine's display processor is 2.4GHz. It is rumored that the Tianji 800U released by MediaTek recently was used. In recent months, due to the power outage, Huawei may make way for the production capacity of its flagship chips. New models equipped with mid-range Kirin chips have been greatly reduced, while those equipped with MediaTek chips have frequently appeared.

Tianji 800U is the latest midrange 5G chip of MediaTek. It adopts the 7nm FinFET process and integrates two A76 cores with a frequency of 2.4GHz and six A55 cores with a frequency of 2.0GHz. The GPU is Mali-G57 MC3. It integrates 5G baseband, with a maximum downlink rate of 2.3Gbps, and supports 5G dual card dual standby. The paper performance is between Tianji 720 and Tianji 800.

The parameter information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also shows that the nova 7 SE active version only supports the n41 and n78 5G bands, with a built-in 3900mAh battery, 8GB memory and 128GB flash memory, and a rear 64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP four camera scheme.

At present, Huawei has not officially announced the information about this new machine.
