The 120W ultra fast flash charging scheme previously released by iQOO can charge a 4000mAh battery with 50% power in 5 minutes, and it can be fully charged in only 15 minutes; It uses two 2000mAh batteries in series with 6C cells, and uses the dual charge pump technology with two 5V/12A circuits and a conversion rate of up to 98.5% to achieve fast charging with the highest output power of 120W under low voltage.

In addition to 120W flash charging, the new iQOO 5 will also make up for the lack of a high refresh rate screen on iQOO 3 in the first half of the year. The official also suggested that the iQOO 5 series would have a third "120" through posters. Some analysts pointed out that the third "120" might mean supporting 120x digital zoom.

In terms of hardware, the official has disclosed that the iQOO 5 series will be equipped with the flagship three piece set of Snapdragon 865, LPDDR5 memory, and UFS 3.1 flash memory (except Lenovo Saver, the Snapdragon 865 Plus will not appear in the new machines released by mainland manufacturers in the second half of this year).
