Summary of OPPO Super Flash Charge Conference: 125W wired and 65W wireless

On July 15, it was reported that this afternoon, OPPO held a new generation of super flash charging online conference and released a number of charging related technical solutions and products. In addition to the 125W super flash charging scheme that has been previewed, OPPO has also brought the 65W AirVOOC wireless flash charging scheme, the 50W SuperVOOC biscuit charger and the 110W mini super flash adapter.

The OPPO 125W Super Flash Charge Scheme officially claims that it can be charged to 41% in 5 minutes and fully charged in 20 minutes. The scheme adopts dual 6C cell configuration at the mobile phone end, multi pole ear battery technology, supports 12.5A current input, and is equipped with a parallel three charge pump with a conversion efficiency of 98%; In order to control the temperature during charging, OPPO 125W super flash charging scheme uses 14 temperature sensors at the mobile phone end, which can ensure that the mobile phone temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ during charging.

In terms of security, the scheme provides five protections, including flash charge condition judgment protection, adapter overload protection, interface overload protection, battery overload protection, and battery fuse protection.

OPPO 125W super flash charging head adopts USB-C interface output, which is downward compatible with OPPO's own 65W SuperVOOC, 30W VOOC, as well as 125W PPS, 65W PD, 36W QC and other charging standards.

On the RenoAce 2 released this year, OPPO has brought the 40W AirVOOC wireless flash charge scheme with the highest power among the models currently on sale, but OPPO is still not satisfied with this. Today's press conference has brought the 65W AirVOOC wireless flash charge.

The OPPO 65W AirVOOC wireless flash charge adopts the 40W+25W parallel dual coil scheme. With the dual transmitter and dual receiver architecture, 25% of the charge can be filled in 5 minutes, and the full charge can be completed in 30 minutes. This speed has been equivalent to the wired 65W SuperVOOC; The combination of built-in semiconductor cooler and turbine fan heat dissipation at the charger end enables the temperature of the mobile phone to be controlled below 40 ℃ during charging.

The first two plans may focus more on the charging speed and efficiency, while the 50W SuperVOOC biscuit charger brought by OPPO next is mainly lightweight and portable, which uses GaN technology to triple the power density. The charger weighs 60g, is 10.5mm thick, and is similar in size to a piece of Wangwang Fairy Shell (it seems to be made according to its shape), which is very convenient for storage when going out.

In addition, this charger also pioneered the electrolytic capacitor free design and pulse charging technology, and applied aviation class clamping diode for the first time. Pulse charging technology can alleviate the polarization phenomenon inside the battery and reduce heat generation.

The final 110W mini flash adapter also uses GaN technology. Its size is similar to the previous 50W biscuit charger, and its thickness is only 12mm. It is compatible with 110W PPS, 65W SuperVOOC, 30W VOOC, 65W PD, 36W QC and other charging standards.
