Redmi AirDots 2 Real Wireless Headset: Crowdfunding price: 79 yuan
Redmi AirDots 2 Real Wireless Headset: Crowdfunding price: 79 yuan

Last year, Redmi released the brand's first true wireless headset, Redmi AirDots, which became a hit with its 99.9 yuan price, and its unit sales exceeded 1 million. Today (July 20), Redmi AirDots 2 officially went on sale. This time, it was launched in the form of crowdfunding instead of a launch event. Recently, many new direct line products of Xiaomi and Redmi brands were unveiled in the form of crowdfunding.

The appearance design of Redmi AirDots 2 is not much different from that of the previous generation. It is still a bean shaped headset+black oval charging box, and a single headset weighs 4.1g. Redmi AirDots 2 supports open cover and instant connection, and optimizes the connection mode of left and right headphones. It supports seamless switching between single ear and dual ear modes: wear either headset to use mono, and then wear the other headset to restore stereo without re pairing.

The Redmi AirDots 2 supports Bluetooth 5.0, is equipped with a 7.2mm dynamic unit, has built-in physical buttons, and supports one button control of music playback and calls.

In terms of battery life, the official said that the playback battery life of the Redmi AirDots 2 headset body is 4 hours, and it can be used for 12 hours with the charging box. The charging box uses the Micro USB interface for charging (charging cable is not included in the package).

The official price of Redmi AirDots 2 is 99 yuan. At present, the crowdfunding price on Xiaomi crowdfunding platform is as low as 79 yuan. The crowdfunding will be launched at 10:00 on July 22.
