Flash SHARGE officially released its flagship 100W fast charging head S100 on July 18. The flash S100 is a 3C1A (three Type-C ports and one USB-A port) four port GaN fast charging head, with a price of 289 yuan. The first price in the first five days was 239 yuan, directly becoming one of the four hundred watt GaN products with the highest cost performance ratio on the market.

Shanji SHARGE is a company established at the beginning of 2020. Its founder Zhang Bo previously worked in Meizu and Aifukaiwu. After the press conference, Li Nan announced to invest in Shanji. The previous products were 65W and 90W GaN multi port fast charging heads. The S100 released this time is an enhanced version of four ports at the 100 watt level.

Because it has 4 interfaces and supports many fast charging specifications, the power output meter of the flash S100 is very complex. Both Type-C1/C2 ports have 5A PPS 100W power, and both ports use 65W+30W. From the disassembly below, we can see that Type-C3 and Type-A ports are the same, with a maximum of 30W, and a maximum of 18W for a single port. Therefore, the output of three ports will be 45W+30W+18W, or 45W+dual 15W. The four ports are 45W+30W+15W (shared by C3 and A).

Three way output (C3 and A ports actually share one way) supports multiple protocols, covering common protocols such as PD (8-100W), QC (30W), Huawei's FCP/SCP (22.5W), Samsung's AFC (15W), and can supply power to three MacBooks at the same time.

Double gallium nitride GaN is used in the fast charging head, with active PFC (stabilizing current and reducing ripple), and the body is 73 * 73 * 28mm in three dimensions, 220g in weight. There are also three kinds of adapters: British (the one with three strong connectors), Australian (only with two bevels) and European (two rounded corners), which are more suitable for business trips or dealing with sockets that are unstable due to aging (using Australian bevels).
