The front of the HTC U20 5G is designed with a perforated screen, equipped with a 6.8 inch, 2400 × 1080 resolution LCD screen (60Hz), fog surface back cover design, crystal white and dark crystal green color matching, and capacitive fingerprint identification module at the back; The whole machine weighs 215.5 g and is 9.4 mm thick.

In terms of core specifications, the U20 5G is equipped with Qualcomm's mid-range SoC Snapdragon 765G, supporting five 5G bands of n1, n3, n28, n41, and n78, and matched with 8GB RAM+256GB ROM; 5000mAh battery is built in the body, and 18W QC 4.0 fast charge is matched; NFC is supported.
