In terms of core specifications, the U20 5G is equipped with Qualcomm's mid-range SoC Snapdragon 765G, supporting five 5G bands of n1, n3, n28, n41, and n78, and matched with 8GB RAM+256GB ROM; 5000mAh battery is built in the body, and 18W QC 4.0 fast charge is matched; NFC is supported.

Since the launch of U12+in 2018, HTC has not launched any flagship models. In the past two years, its products have been mainly positioned at the middle and low end.
