On June 3, the official Xiaomi router announced a good news this morning. The WiFi 6 router AX1800, which was released in May this year, will continue to push OTAs today (users who have not received the push can also go to the official Xiaomi router website to download and try new products). After the update, the AX1800 will support the mesh networking of multiple routers, making WiFi signal coverage more seamless.
As soon as the news came out, many AX3600 router users were concerned about when their devices would support Mesh. After all, it would be unreasonable if the product positioning was one notch higher than that. In the afternoon, the official made some supplementary remarks, saying that the Xiaomi router AX3600 is expected to be upgraded this month to support Mesh, and can be combined with AX3600 and AX1800.

With regard to the update of the AX150, the official added that:
Support dual band integration or frequency division after mesh;
Support WiFi 6 1200M wireless backhaul or 1000M wired backhaul;
Multiple stations support wireless+wired hybrid networking
Xiaomi Router AX1800, released on May 13 this year, is the second router under Xiaomi to support WiFi 6. It adopts a vertical design, is equipped with a hidden dual band antenna, and is equipped with a Qualcomm IPQ6000 five core processor. It supports 2 × 2 MIMO, a maximum speed of 574Mbps at 2.4GHz, and a maximum speed of 1201Mbps at 5GHz. The current price is 329 yuan.
