On May 25, it was reported that last night, Huawei officially released the Changxiang Z 5G, a new machine of Changxiang series, which is equipped with Tianji 800 and 90Hz screens, with a price starting from 1699 yuan.
Huawei Changxiang Z 5G adopts a mature water drop screen design, equipped with a 6.5 inch, 2400 × 1080 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate LCD screen, touch sampling rate of 180Hz, and side capacitive fingerprint identification scheme.
The SoC chip is equipped with MediaTek Tianji 800, which adopts a 7nm process and integrates 5G baseband, supporting SA/NSA dual-mode and six 5G bands of n1, n38, n41, n77, n78 and n79; Built in 4000mAh battery, and supporting 22.5W fast charging.
For cameras, enjoy Z 5G rear three camera: 48 million pixels, f/1.8 aperture main camera+8 million pixels ultra wide angle+2 million pixels macro lens.
Changxiang Z 5G provides 6+64GB, 6+128GB, and 8+128GB in total, with prices of 1699 yuan, 1899 yuan, and 2199 yuan respectively. It can choose three colors, namely, magic night black, deep sea blue, and cherry snow clear sky. At present, it has opened pre-sales, and officially launched on June 1.
Changxiang Z is currently the lowest selling 5G mobile phone in Huawei's product line. Its release also means that the high price 5G mobile phone last year has approached the civilian price of 1500 yuan. With the support of mid end 5G SoCs such as Tianji 800 and Kirin 820, the next step should be to launch a price war among mid and low-end product online manufacturers to further lower the threshold for 5G mobile phones.
