On July 5, it was reported that Xiaomi had recently released Red Rice 7A in India. 2GB+16GB sold at INR 5999 (about RMB 602), and 2GB+32GB sold at INR 6199 (about RMB 622). It will be launched on July 11 with a two-year warranty. BOC Red Rice 7A 2GB+16GB sells for 549 yuan, and 2GB+32GB sells for 599 yuan.

After the launch of Hongmi 7A in India, Madhav Sheth, CEO of India Realme Branch, compared it with realme C2, and said that consumers should choose realme C2 instead of Hongmi 7A. The Indian version of Red Rice 7A has three colors, namely black, blue and gold. The machine is equipped with Snapdragon 439, and the rear camera is Sony IMX 48612 million pixels.
