This screen has a good look, bright colors, high contrast, the highest brightness can also ensure that the content can be seen clearly in strong light, and the 326 ppi is clear enough for daily use. The biggest disadvantage of this screen is that the touch delay is very large. When using this watch, you can clearly feel that the touch is completely off hand. The delay is visible to the naked eye, especially when you slide left and right to switch programs.
The dials can be switched in the APP. There are not as many online dials as the official 100 models. The author has roughly counted about 30 dials. Many of the dials in the promotional pages have not been added to them. At present, there are not many beautiful dials. The editor thinks that the official can open a permission to allow users to customize, You can publish your designed dial in the forum, so that you can increase the playability of the watch. After more than two weeks of sales, the online dial has not updated its style.
The process of switching the dial is also quite painful. First of all, the watch has two built-in offline dials, which can be switched in the settings, but the online dial can only be switched synchronously through the mobile phone APP. The synchronization time is relatively long, about 1 minute, and during the synchronization period of the dial, the watch cannot perform any operation. Only one online dial can be stored in the watch, so the next time you want to change the style, you need to operate it in the mobile phone APP, which is really troublesome.
In addition, when using Android phones to connect watches, the APP needs to be hung in the background all the time. You need to add the APP to the white list in the system settings, or the system will kill the process after a long standby. IOS is relatively friendly.
UI
Then comes the UI part. The default dial interface slide is the status bar, which shows the current watch connection, remaining power, and date. You can also adjust the brightness, Do Not Disturb Mode, Save Point Mode, Lock Screen and Flashlight. The experience is similar to the status bar of Android.
Slide left and right to display step records, heart rate measurements, offline Alipay QR codes, and cards. It can be said that this mobile phone can solve most daily needs by sliding left and right most of the time.

The beauty of the UI is also far from that of the previous generation of Huami Smart Watch 2. The design style of the UI is a little backward. For example, the Samsung UI a few years ago is more rounded than the rounded rectangle, and does not reach the bottom of the circle. But is it not good to match the round dial with the round icon? Or it is not good to share the same UI with Huami Smart Watch 2. GTR's UI is really not as practical and beautiful as that of Smart Watch 2.
There are two buttons on the right of the watch. The power button is on the upper right corner. A short press can return to the dial or close the screen. A long press on any interface can shut down or restart. The button at the lower right corner is a function button, which can be used to open an application independently, such as heart rate measurement, music, etc. The touch of the buttons is good, which is in line with the performance of this price.
The speed of raising the wrist to light the screen is not very fast. There are two levels of response speed settings for raising the wrist to light the screen in the APP. The default is standard and sensitive. After being adjusted to sensitive, the screen light speed is really faster. However, the accuracy of this recognition still needs to be improved. In many cases, the action of gently raising the hand cannot trigger the wrist raising to illuminate the screen. There is still a lot of gap between the experience of wrist raising to illuminate the screen of Apple Watch.
NFC
The bus card swiping function is supported. You need to open a bus card on your watch first. The bus card's discount is the same as that of the physical card, but most of the bus cards need a card opening fee. A watch can only store four bus cards. If you don't travel around the world all day, four cards are absolutely enough. At present, the bus cards supported are: Hefei City Pass, Wuhan Pass, Green City Pass, Beijing Tianjin Wing Interconnection Pass, Jiangsu All in One Traffic Card Suzhou, Qindao Pass. There are not many kinds of bus cards, nor are there any popular cities, such as Shenzhen Pass, Lingnan Pass. It can be said that they are not very friendly to students in Guangdong.
This generation also supports the door card simulation. The official said that it only supports the simulation of the door card in the market that has not been encrypted and has a frequency of 13.56MHz. However, the small editor has measured that many access cards cannot be simulated, so this function is almost nonexistent to me.
GTR also supports offline payment through Alipay, which requires you to bind a watch first. The offline payment of watches is different from the offline payment of mobile phones. This can be used only after the money is saved in advance. This is a bit of a chicken bone. First of all, the machine scanning code is provided in a more formal store. In most stores, you still scan the code. Second, you need to use your mobile phone to charge in order to use it. How about paying directly with your mobile phone? Endurance

During the two weeks of using the Huami GTR, I didn't deliberately use many of its functions. Instead, I used it as a traditional watch. After all, its appearance is really "traditional", which I prefer. However, there are also many shortcomings. Sliding delay and frame drop are very obvious. Personally, I think the official limits the performance to a relatively low level for the sake of endurance, resulting in very poor daily sliding experience. The second is that the UI is ugly. This UI is like that made by a UI designer a few years ago. It is clear that the UI of Huami Smart Watch 2 is good. Why not move it directly? The third is that the types of dials are relatively few, and there are not many beautiful ones. As of the deadline (7.30), the official has not updated the online dials, and the number has not reached the official nominal 100, only 30 at the time of the first launch. There are no dials on some publicity pages. The fourth is that the wrist lift is always half a beat slow, and there is also a problem in the recognition of actions. A small hand lift sometimes does not trigger the wrist lift. In short, there is a significant gap between the wrist lift and the Apple Watch.
