Most of the models on the list are Snapdragon 835/845 processors.

QC4+has not been widely used. It is speculated that because of the higher cost, the peak power of QC4+does not change much compared with QC3.0, and the lack of cost has increased. In addition, models that support the QC4+protocol may not be accompanied by QC4+charging heads, such as Xiaomi 8. If you want to experience QC4+, you need to pay additional money to buy charging heads, which leads to a shortage of models.

QC4+is compatible with the PD3.0 protocol. Compared with QC3.0, it has lower transmission loss and higher efficiency. Of course, the new technology is certainly better than the old technology. I hope there will be more models equipped with QC4+in the future.
