Apple has submitted new evidence of compliance to the court. Is it hopeless to ban iPhone sales?

Love to play computer games On January 4, it was reported by China News Service that Apple submitted new compliance evidence to Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court on January 3. Noreen Krall, vice president of Apple, said that Qualcomm was trying to maintain its monopoly by banning Apple products, and its attempt to force a settlement was harming Chinese consumers and enterprises. It seems unlikely that the iPhone is really banned in China.

Apple had previously been ruled by the Fuzhou court in its lawsuit with Qualcomm that it could not sell some iPhone models. On December 14, Apple announced that it had filed a review application with the Fuzhou court. On December 18, Apple pushed iOS 12.1.2 to users and replaced a new application animation for mandatory withdrawal. Apple believed that iPhone sales could be prevented by not using the patent in dispute.

In addition, on December 20 local time, the court in Munich, Germany, ruled that Apple infringed Qualcomm's smart phone energy-saving patent. Apple responded to the matter by saying that it was trying to appeal. As part of the appeal process, it would suspend the sale of iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 in 15 Apple stores in Germany, but iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 could still be purchased from third-party retailers and operators.

It is worth mentioning that Apple recently lowered its revenue forecast for the fourth quarter of 2018 due to the decline in iPhone sales, which led to a sharp drop in Apple's share price and the suffering of related suppliers.
