Now, a month later, this mobile phone has ushered in a new color scheme. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology exposed an online photo of a device called M1808D2TT. The black and red color contrast design is quite eye-catching. From the perspective of product appearance and size, it is believed that this device should belong to the Xiaomi 8 Youth Edition series.

From the photo, we can see that the new color matching style of Xiaomi 8 Youth Edition is very similar to the black and red version of 360 mobile phone N7 Pro. The front and back sides of the phone are designed with black panels, while the middle frame, side keys, rear camera edge and fingerprint identification module edge are all made of copper metal material, which has a very attractive overall effect.

Apart from the appearance, according to the equipment information released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this M1808D2TT device has basically the same parameter specifications as the M1808D2TE (Xiaomi 8 Youth Edition) which has obtained the network access license in August. Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC is also used, but the maximum operating memory version supported by this device is 8GB, which is not available in the Xiaomi 8 Youth Edition currently on the market, so it is not clear whether this device will be launched as a special upgrade version of Xiaomi 8 Youth Edition.
