Love to play computer games On September 4, it was reported that Huawei recently released the Kirin 980 processor at the IFA exhibition in Germany. This chip will be Huawei's flagship processor in the first half of next year. Now, a Geekbench, a Qualcomm product by name, has been exposed. Its single core score is 10% higher than the Kirin 980, while its multi-core score is close to Apple A11 processor, It is reported that this is the running score of Snapdragon 855.
The product code is "msmnile". It runs Android 9.0 system, has nearly 6GB of running memory, 8 cores, basic frequency of 1.78GHz, single core score of 3697, and multi-core score of 10469. The Geekbench of Apple A11 generally scores 4200 points for single core, and about 9500-10500 points for multi-core. Therefore, the score of this Qualcomm product is still lower than that of Apple A11 in terms of single core.
According to the data of Kirin 980 previously released by Huawei, the single core running score of the Geekbench is 3360, so the single core running score of Qualcomm's product is 10% higher than that of Kirin 980 and 54% higher than that of Snapdragon 845. From the CPU score, msmnile may be Snapdragon 855.
However, after reviewing the score details of msmnile, we found that its memory latency is incredibly low, not at the same level as Snapdragon 845, but close to the DDR4-3200MHz memory of PC, so it may be a fake Snapdragon 855, or a chip prepared by Qualcomm specifically for notebook computers.
