At the activity site, Wolfgang Egger, BYD's design director, introduced the planning of BYD's lights. The development direction of BYD's lamps will be to use cutting-edge technology in a large amount. The future lamps will be more scientific and highly intelligent. BYD's future lights will take "E-SEED lights" as the starting point, realize the sublimation from "Function" to "Emotion", and realize the interconnection between vehicles and the environment.

Mr. Chen Gang, General Manager of BYD's 6th Business Unit and Solar Energy Business Unit, introduced the technology of the whole industry chain of lights. As the only company integrating the design and manufacturing of lights, BYD has achieved four characteristics in lights: high efficiency, integration, characteristics and intelligence. High efficiency mainly refers to the use of LED light sources. The power consumption of lamps is only about 20% of that of traditional halogen lamps, and the lighting effect is brighter and more uniform. Integration refers to the unique driver modular design, which effectively reduces the development cycle and cost of the whole lamp. Characterization refers to the streamer dynamic steering light and luminous logo of the "Dragon Face" series. BYD is also the first car company to make the logo shine. Intelligentization means that in the future, BYD's lamp system will switch from BCM control to CAN-BUS control, so as to realize intelligent control of the lamp. In the future, the lamp will not only be a simple lighting.

Design inspiration comes from Chinese traditional culture

The new generation of Tang's "Dragon Beam" design integrates elements such as "dragon" and "cornice". The full LED linear interactive headlights are hidden under the dragon's whiskers, long and narrow, sharp and profound.

Qin Pro's "Dragon Beam" design evolves the shape of weapons of the Qin Dynasty, such as "halberd", as the outline of the front and rear lights of Qin Pro.

Qin Pro's "Dragon Beam" design is inspired by the dragon. In addition to the longan, it is also inspired by the dragon claw. Under the light and shadow of the triple lamp posts, the image of "Dragon Scratch" is ready to emerge.

In terms of wake-up form, Qin Pro's "Dragon Beam" uses star blue suspension wake-up. The new generation of Tang adopts 527 LED beads with different powers, realizing the full LED of the lights. Compared with halogen lamps, the new generation Tangche lamps can save more than 80% energy.
