Big bug! Some iPhones 7/7 Plus can't talk on the phone

MacRumors, the foreign media, found a leaked document. In the document, Apple said that some iPhone 7 and 7 Plus running iOS 11.3 and above would encounter a bug when the microphone stopped working when answering the phone. The leaked document was sent by Apple to authorized service providers.

For these affected iPhone 7/7 Plus, when making a call or FaceTime, the "put out" button on the call interface will turn gray. This bug only exists for phones running iOS 11.3 and above. On Reddit and Twitter, some users said that they had encountered this problem in the past few months.

Apple guides these service providers in the document, telling users who encounter these bugs to first turn off the Bluetooth of the iPhone. If this method does not work, then an audio diagnostic program is required.

If the prompt "access not supported" or "device could not detect dock." appears after the diagnosis, these Bug Phones must be repaired accordingly, so it is not clear whether the software or hardware is responsible for this problem.
