Blue Hole sues Wilderness Action for plagiarism from Netease: some mobile game companies are plagiarists

It is reported by foreign media that the developer of Jedi Survival PUBG Corp, the US branch of Blue Hole In California, USA, a lawsuit against NetEase was officially launched. PUBG Corp believed that the two mobile games of NetEase, Wilderness Action and Terminator 2, violated PUBG's intellectual property rights.

In the lawsuit submitted to the court, PUBG Corp listed 25 cases of alleged plagiarism and infringement of Netease games, including but not limited to the props in the game. The environment is similar to that of Jedi Survival; Game slogans such as "Eat chicken", "Good luck, eat chicken at night"; "PUBG on phone" slogan; PUBG Corp requires NetEase Game to immediately remove "Operation Wilderness" and "Terminator 2" and make compensation.

After the original content was released, it was maliciously copied, including some well-known mobile games of well-known companies, some of which were maliciously discredited and distorted the original content of NetEase;

For the innovative content of Wilderness Action and Terminator 2, NetEase has its own intellectual property rights and will start formal rights protection;

In fact, in this lawsuit, PUBG is not only aimed at the similar parts of NetEase games to "Jedi Survival", but also believes that NetEase games have illegally used the fame of PUBG to promote their two games and mislead players.
