I. Organizational structure adjustment:

1. Establish an overseas business department to take charge of the overseas business of your company's products and achieve the company's overseas business objectives. The functions of the former Overseas Marketing Department were transferred to the Overseas Business Department.

2. Set up the Parts Business Department to take charge of the R&D, marketing and sales of your accessories. The functions of parts R&D, marketing and sales of the original Meizu Business Department were transferred to the Parts Business Department; the functions of the Integrated Product Department under the original Meizu Business Department were transferred to the Parts Business Department.

3. The functions of PMC Department under the original PQCS Center are transferred to the Supply Chain Center, and other functions remain unchanged. The PQCS Center was renamed as the QCS Center.

1. Chairman/CEO Huang Zhang directly manages all business divisions and centers of the company, with the assistance of President/COO Bai Yongxiang and CFO Qi Weimin. In daily affairs, President/COO Bai Yongxiang focuses on assisting in the management of all business divisions and business sharing platforms; CFO Qi Weimin focuses on assisting in the management of functional support platforms.

2. Qi Weimin was promoted to senior vice president (M4.2) of the company, served as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, took charge of relevant business and team management of your financial management center and comprehensive management center, and reported to the chairman/CEO Huang Zhang.

3. Guo Wanxi was appointed as the Vice President (M4.1) of Meizu Business Division, responsible for the sales related business and team management of Meizu Business Division, and reporting to the Chairman/CEO Huang Zhang. Guo Wanxi was appointed as the President of Overseas Business Division (M4.1), responsible for the related business and team management of your Overseas Business Division, and reporting to the Chairman/CEO Huang Zhang. His original job title remained unchanged.

4. Yang Yan (M4.2), senior vice president of the company, is responsible for the management of relevant businesses and teams of the Travel Management Parts Business Department and the E-commerce Business Department, and reports to the chairman/CEO Huang Zhang. His original job responsibilities and job ranks remain unchanged.

5. Yang Zhe (M4.2), a senior vice president of the company, served as the chief marketing officer (CMO) and general staff officer of the company.
