I was shocked when I received the product. The box was too large and its weight was enough. At the same time, a ZigBee gateway was also included. The smart door lock was connected to the Internet through the router at home, and the door lock could be remotely monitored and managed by the mobile app.

The weight of the outer packing box has reached 6.3kg. It is hard to imagine that the intelligent door lock is installed inside if there is no obvious text mark on it!

ZTE's service process is very meticulous and considerate. Shortly after the delivery, a customer service staff called to confirm the delivery address and whether the goods were received, and then arranged a master to install the goods for free according to the address. The service was absolutely up to standard!

When opening the box, the first thing I saw was the shockproof foam and a paper perforated template. In addition, four No. 5 Nanfu batteries were presented as gifts. The shockproof foam well ensured the safety of the door locks during transportation. The paper perforated template was used by the installation master to punch holes for the anti-theft door for reference, but it was not useful for the experienced installation master.

The product use process includes the installation manual, user manual, product quality warranty card and a certificate of quality. The manual is very detailed, and students with strong hands-on skills can install according to the installation manual. Those like me who install through the master's door can only look at the user's manual.

After removing the shockproof foam, we can see that in addition to the inner and outer panels of the door lock and the lock cylinder, there are also some accessories, including the installation of accessory bags, disposable key boxes, one guide piece, two access cards, document bags, etc. Because the anti-theft door structures of each company are different, we need to collect basic information before shipping in order to correspond to the shipping, such as the direction of the door opening The length and width of the guide piece, the thickness of the door, etc., so some accessories may be slightly different.

By default, the two access cards that demonstrate ZTE's personality can be unlocked directly. If you feel that the two cards are not enough, you can select to add or delete user cards in the settings after the door lock is installed and enabled. Any card that can sense NFC can be added, and the addition range can be from 00 to 99, which is great!

2. The spare key is placed in the disposable key box, which is very firm. I spent a lot of time trying to open the key box.

Although the spare key can also open the door, it is obvious that the designer does not agree with this method, because there will be a continuous alarm sound of "abnormal unlocking" when using the spare key to open the door, and they can only open it after 30 seconds, so the two spare keys are used in an emergency, such as forgetting the password When the battery runs out of power or the system fails, it is recommended not to leave the spare key at home, but to find a safe place to put the spare key.

The lock body of ZTE door lock is a highlight. It is equipped with a super B-level lock cylinder. According to the official, there are a variety of special-shaped anti pulling bullets inside. The blade structure is designed to prevent technical opening for more than 270 minutes! The lock body design integrates multiple safety technologies, such as anti prying sensor, supporting heaven and earth hook, and high-quality 304 stainless steel, all metal lock body. The three types of lock tongue have different functional characteristics. The lock tongue tube sleeve is anti sawing, the flat lock tongue is anti-collision, and the oblique tongue is wind proof and anti prying, which greatly improves the safety performance.

The inner panel is divided into upper and lower parts with the handle as the middle. The upper part is a battery box. There are two sets of battery compartments inside, which can hold eight batteries, and four batteries can work. The official data shows that each switch 10 times a day can be used for half a year. The endurance of using two sets of batteries is doubled. When the power is low, there will be a warning in advance, which is very user-friendly. Below the handle is an anti lock device. Inside the lower cover of the inner panel is an induction module. There is an initialization button on the left side. If you forget the management password, you can initialize the door lock. ZTE Smart Lock adopts Swedish FPC biological living fingerprint sensor, and the surface of the fingerprint module is coated with 7H hardness. It does not support fingerprint replication, has fast recognition speed and high recognition rate, and can achieve bank level security protection.

Compared with the back of the inner panel, the back of the outer panel has an additional data cable. During installation, the data cable needs to be threaded through the hole to connect with the intelligent sensor module at the lower part of the inner panel.

Next came the installation. As mentioned earlier, ZTE Smart Lock was installed nationwide for free. I called the installation master to install it at home. The master's attitude was very good, the installation was very careful, and the business was very skilled. Since the anti-theft door in my home is a universal type, which is consistent with ZTE Smart Lock, the whole installation process was relatively smooth, About one and a half hours later, the installation was successful. One detail worth mentioning is that the installation master held the lock body in his hand and told me that there was a motor inside the lock body. The lock body was started by a motor. After installation, you can immediately experience various unlocking methods. First, you need to enter fingerprints, set passwords, etc., and only in the management mode can you set and manage the door locks. The initial management password is 12345678, and you must modify the management password when you use it for the first time. The password format is 6-12 digits. Simple passwords such as 12345678 or 666666 are not supported. 00-08 is a common password, 09 is a temporary password, which will become invalid immediately after unlocking once. Of course, the temporary password can also be reset after invalidation. This function is very practical, which may avoid the embarrassment of some acquaintances. In addition, it supports virtual password, which can add several digits before and after the correct password to prevent the password from being peeped. As long as there is a continuous correct password in the middle, the lock can be unlocked, The 8 key and 0 key on the panel are compound keys, which can flip the menu up and down, * is the return key, and # is the confirmation key. There is voice throughout the operation process, and you can operate according to the voice or the prompts on the display screen. The detailed instructions in the user manual are not detailed here.

It is found from the operation experience that fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate. The door opening mode is mainly fingerprint, password and magnetic card. Key unlocking is not recommended. In the setting, any two combinations can be used to unlock the door. Only when all the identifications are correct can the door be opened. To further improve the security performance, press 2 to select the security mode in the setting of the door opening mode.

Under normal circumstances, only four No. 5 batteries can be installed to use the intelligent door lock, but this is not intelligent enough. ZTE intelligent door lock can make the door lock more intelligent! By connecting ZTE smart door locks to the Internet, mobile phone users can remotely monitor and manage the door locks through ZTE smart home app. Even when they are away from home, they can check the status of door locks in real time, with door opening records and alarm messages, which is very considerate.

First connect the ZigBee smart door lock networking host attached by ZTE to the wireless router with the network cable, then download and install the ZTE smart home app from the mobile phone, select to add a new product - ZTE smart door lock in the app, and then follow the prompts to connect the door lock. However, it should be noted that for safety, ZTE's smart door locks do not support remote unlocking. I think ZTE is also very considerate about this.
