TechInsights, a foreign media, sent a document saying that it has been determined that Apple's A10X Fusion uses TSMC's 10nm FF process.
The area of A9X is 143.9m ㎡, while that of A10X Fusion is 96.4m ㎡. The latter is a 6-core CPU+12 core GPU processor, which is strong enough to fly. TSMC also said that 10nm FF will not exist for long and will be replaced by 7nm FF in 2018.
